PT. EKA SARI LORENA which known as LORENA TRANSPORT AND TOUR
is one of major role operator in intercity and interprovence
buses transportation, have responded to the demand and need
of customers in transportation facility. We serve and deliver

our services as our commitment to always becoming the pionner

IN 1989 LORENA diversified and established PT. RYANTA MITRA
KARINA or KARINA, as LORENA's sister company, to serve intercity
- interprovince transportation services in Jakarta, Surabaya,
Malang, Madura and Denpasar - Bali. Eight years later in 1997,
LORENA established a new and seperate division in Domestic and
Worldwide Courier Service, ESL EXPRESS which providing service
through air, land and sea. ESL EXPRESS currently has sixteen
Cargo Busses and has sixty-six representative offices in Java,
Madura, Bali, Sumatera, Sulawesi and Kalimantan.
LORENA and KARINA has set the standard for innovation, service and support
intercity and interprovence bus transportation in more than
forty two cities in four islands Java, Madura, Bali and Sumatera.
Supported by prominent management team, who always intend to
provide the best possible services to our customers.
The growth and successful development of LORENA that has motto
of patience, politeness and smile, resulted from our customer
satisfaction orientation as well as several management institutions
in which the LORENA has been awarded with several certificate
recognition in many field such as : New Millenium Award 2002
on the 5th International Transportation Award in Brussels, Belgium,
The Best Land Transportation Management Compant 2002 and 2001
awarded by the Governor of DKI Jakarta, and The Best Land Transportation
Management Company and Bus Depot 2001 in Indonesia awarded by
Indonesia Ministry of Transportation. On 17th March 2003, LORENA
has received ISO 9001:2000 Certification from UKAS, England
and LORENA became the First and the only interstate and interprovince
bus company in Indonesia received ISO 9001:2000 Certification
to better LORENA's service.
We continuously improve our performance by contributing services
to meet the need of customers, developing our human resources
and improving a competent management.
